Spent 2 weeks here and had a great time. Plenty sunbeds. Lovely food and staff. It's a 3 star hotel and the rooms need updating. No real entertainment on the evening but we knew before we went so no complaints.
The staff is amazing, props to Jamal, a super cool, hardworking and friendly guy (all of them are but Jamal was super kind to us, every day we met him). One VERY annoying thing is getting a chair in the morning in the main pool. It’s a joke. So annoying that almost made me change the review. People wake up and leave their towels on the chairs the whole day. You go have your breakfast, lunch, and the empty chairs are just there. No one sitting, no one around, just there with a towel. The employee working on by the pool says “they are all occupied” like, by who? Can you see anyone around or in the pool? It’s a stupid situation. Hope they eventually start taking care of this.
This hotel was not worth the price.
We stayed for a week with the all inclusive and didn’t enjoy it at all.
The only thing I would say stood out is the pools, as they have a pool bar and a lot of space and quite clean.
The all inclusive food was very plain and repetitive, not any options for vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
On our second night one of us got food poisoning and couldn’t leave the hotel room due to the sickness.
The cleaning was horrible, our room never got cleaned even though we went down to reception and asked multiple times, so the room was a state with dirty towels and bed sheets.
As four 18 year old girls we found the male staff made us feel uncomfortable with constant staring unnecessarily, however there were nice staff as well.
On our last day we got rudely called up by a male staff member for what we were wearing to dinner. He demanded we “put a shirt on” even though we were wearing a full top that happened to have a v-neckline.
The signs just ask to not wear bikinis which we respected all week so it seemed out of the blue for this man to rudely mention and demand our dress attire when it was completely acceptable and what we have been wearing all week.
All and all me and my friends wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.
Definitely not the quality we expected.
Stayed for 7 nights in August 2023. Rating 5 stars, the rooms are comfortable, and the air con is OK (managed to keep room around 24 degrees c). The pools are both really good. One is quiet (at the front of the hotel), and one has music (at the rear of the hotel but raised so still with sea views from the poolside). The food is great, there is an al la carte restaurant which we ate in 1 night, and a larger buffet style restaurant. In the larger restaurant, the food was different every day, and every day was excellent.
The bars all include cocktails as part of all-inclusive packages, and they are nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant manager is around and says hello to guests. The beach is a short walk where you can do watersports, hire jey skis etc. You can hire various vehicles from the front desk (via a local company) to look round the resort etc. There is a water park 10 mins taxi ride away.
There is entertainment nightly in the bar area and various other things going on around the hotel. All in all, great place, recommend a visit and I might go back one day :)
Beautiful hotel.
I had a great stay, and the staff are excellent.
Only let down is it could do with a refurb, and the rooms are pretty dated and have very uncomfortable beds and pillows.
Went for a wedding with friends and our 21 year old daughter. There was no sliding door as advertised so no privacy but other than that the rooms and the view were great. The hotel itself was lovely however they did not like anyone making a …
Second time in our favorit hotel. Except it was very bad experience this time. Personal was rude and was not serviceminded. The room was infested by ants. Our kids grandparents was in swim-up room and the kids was not allowed to swim in …
Three generations of girls Grandma, 2 daughters and teenage Granddaughter we have all loved our stay at this hotel. The quiet pool area, with infinity pool and bar near the beach, was well managed with polite friendly staff. The food was …
